Welcome! My name is Sofus Midtgaard.  The last 12 years I’ve been working in the field of new media - with a special focus on how digital media transforms business, relations and organizations. Here you will find information about me, my work and what I do - as well as my contact info. 

LeaderLab
I am Founder and CEO of LeaderLab - a start-up company where we are developing products and social software that help empower Individual and Teams through mapping of strengths and weaknesses and network feedback.

The Danish Broadcasting Corporation
The last 8 years I’ve been working as Head of Strategic Development and Head of New Media Development at The Danish Broadcasting Corporation / DR.

New Media Days
Among other activities I was the Founder of New Media Days, a New Media conference held in Copenhagen, gathering 700 media people primarily from Scandinavia.

Consulting and public speaking
I don’t do consulting at the moment, but occasionally I attend conferences as a speaker on media issues and new media development - contact me if you are interested.
